Ranking lists of candidates within given disciplines - the admission for the 2022/2023 summer semester

Ranking lists:

1. Information and communication technology,
2. Biomedical engineering,
3. Materials engineering,
4. Mechanical engineering,
5. Environmental engineering, mining and energy,
6. Mathematics,
7. Chemical sciences,
8. Physical sciences,
9. Management and quality studies.

Candidates present on the ranking lists for given disciplines who have the “qualified” status are obliged to submit in the IRK system the following documents:

• scan of a document confirming the degree which entitles to apply for the admission to a doctoral school (diploma) or a declaration on the document submission
• Individual Recognition Statement issued by the Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange (only non-EU diplomas)
• declaration of not being a participant of another doctoral school
• employment declaration
• declaration on the selection of one doctoral school/scientific discipline

Declarations can be downloaded from the section “Enrollment applications” -> “Documents and further steps”. Download the documents, print, sign, complete with the date and submit in the system until February 1, 2023.

In order to be placed on the list of admitted the abovementioned documents must be submitted.

The lists of admitted shall be published on February 3, 2023.

Hard copies of all the recruitment documents shall be delivered to the PhD Students Office at a later date. The exact visiting hours shall be given only to the candidates admitted to the Doctoral School.
