Semester report for summer semester 2025/2026
We kindly inform that the semester report for the 2025/2026 summer semester will be available in the USOS system from 14 July 2026 and must be submitted until September 08, 2026. The report must include your PhD students achievements card from REPO PW. In the attachment you will find the instruction on how to generate this document. Then please attach it to the semester report.
In order for USOS to show all of the realized activities (completed courses, conducted and co-conducted classes), it is necessary for the data to be in the system before you open the semester report. All submitted grades can be found in the ‘Study report card ‘(Karta przebiegu studiów). Your Faculties are responsible for submitting the conducted teaching practice.
If you notice that some data is missing, the report can be cancelled and then a new one can be created.
We remind you that submitting the semester report in the USOS system and receiving positive opinion from your supervisor within the given deadline is an absolutely necessary requirement to be registered for the next semester.
We would also like to remind you that, in accordance with the decision of the Director of the Doctoral School, Professor Aneta Pobudkowska-Mirecka, starting from the 2025Z semester, doctoral students' teaching practices will be calculated according to conversion rates, which is reflected in the latest version of the report.
- from 2025Z, hours are converted according to the established coefficients (column P in the report).
- until 2025Z, practices are counted according to the actual hours completed (therefore, column R = column P in the report).
NOTE: PhD. students granted the extension of education, are also obliged to submit a semester report.
