II National Conference of Doctoral Schools March 21-22, 2024
On March 21-22, 2024, the II National Conference of Doctoral Schools took place at the Warsaw University of Technology, Rektorska 4 building, organized by the Doctoral School of Warsaw University of Technology under the patronage of the National Agreement of Doctoral Schools. Among the over 125 participants were representatives of 70 (44% of the total in Poland) doctoral schools educating 11,325 (65% of the total) doctoral students.

- dr Dawid Kostecki - Director General of NAWA
The Rector's authorities were represented by prof. dr hab. inż. Mariusz Malinowski, Vice-Rector for Science
The discussions were held in 6 thematic sessions:
- Doctoral schools evaluation
- Admission to doctoral school
- Educational program
- Internationalization of doctoral schools
- Supervisory care
- Cooperation with PhD students council
During the meeting, the participants discussed the problems and challenges facing doctoral schools in Poland, mainly in the context of the evaluation that will soon start.
