#MyPhD@WUT competition for the best video about doing PhD at WUT

The competition is addressed to international doctoral students who are tasked to submit a video in English (from 40 seconds up to two minutes) to share their experience of studying at WUT.

The video can be recorded in any way or form - on the campus or in a different spot in Warsaw that catches the eye. It can be either humorous or serious.

It’s really simple. All you need to do is to pick up your cellphone, open your camera app and record a selfie video. You can also ask a friend to recod you. Share your thoughts about WUT and its community. Feel free to say a few words about life in Warsaw or Poland in general, but also where are you from, how did you get here, what kind of research do you do and what do you like most about studying at WUT or what was your greatest surprise. Just remember to fit in the time limit!

The participants should send a link to their video till 28 March 2022 (until 23:59 CET), to the following email address: seed.mail@pw.edu.pl

The Contest Committee will pick three best videos.

The results will be announced on 4 April 2022.

The Prize in the competition consists of a voucher for online shopping in the shop of Warsaw University of Technology (www.sklep.pw.edu.pl):

a)     1st Prize – PLN 400 voucher;

b)    2nd Prize – PLN 250 voucher;

c)     3rd Prize – PLN 150 voucher.

Moreover, the three best recordings will be included in a promotional video of WUT, therefore the event can benefit potential candidates and newcomers from abroad who want to learn more about our University and its community. You can help them to get to know us! Join the challenge!
