Supervisor database

One of the first things you ought to do before being admitted to the Doctoral School, is finding a candidate for a supervisor.

If you don’t have any contacts at the University, you can use our supervisors database.

Please note that a supervisor can be each Warsaw University of Technology employee holding the doctoral or post-doctoral (doktor habilitowany) degree or the title of professor. There are only two limitations:

  • They have to represent scientific discipline, in which you wish to realize your thesis
  • The number of PhD students from the Doctoral School, which is under their supervision cannot exceed the limits specified in the Regulations of the Doctoral School (8, including 5 financed from the subsidy).
