Application for the appointment of a second supervisor and an assistant supervisor

Two separate types of applications have been created:

• "application for the appointment of an additional supervisor from WUT"
• "application for the appointment of an additional external supervisor".

At the same time, we would like to remind you that in accordance with § 8 section 5 of the Regulations of the Doctoral School of the Warsaw University of Technology constituting an annex to resolution no. 471/L/2024 of the Senate of the Warsaw University of Technology of March 27, 2024.

A doctoral student registered for semesters 2-5 may apply to the relevant discipline scientific council for the appointment of a second supervisor or an assistant supervisor. The application must receive a positive opinion from the supervisor and be approved by the proper head of the WUT organizational unit where the doctoral student conducts research.

In the case of a supervisor or assistant supervisor who is not employed by the Warsaw University of Technology, the application must include information about the candidate's scientific achievements and research activities.

The doctoral school will no longer accept applications in a paper form from September this year.
