Consultations on the verification of the educational program

Dear PhD Students,

In relations to your numerous questions about the verification of the completed Educational Program (In the first place, it should concern PhD students on their 7th and 8th semester or on the extension), we would like to inform that due to time-consuming procedure of the verification, we are not able to complete it withing the weekly consultations for PhD students. Because of this aspect, we are creating a new possibility for you to consult online with the Chairwoman of the Education Committee.

Those who are interested in the verification are requested to send an e-mail to the ksztalcenie.sd@pw.edu.pl, with a topic: “I request a verification of the conducted educational program”. In the mail, you must include:

  • register number (KD-…)
  • information about which Educational Program is being conducted (DS1 – DS5 or the program of the current Doctoral School)

and please attach:

  • the study report card generated from the USOS system
  • the PhD student’s list of achievements along with the verification (applies only to the PhD students who began their education in DS 1-5)

Consultations will take place on Fridays, 14:00 – 16:00.

The exact date of the consultation (date, hour) will be given in the message replying back to your request e-mail. Verification will be conducted accordingly to the order of requests. Because of the high interest, we ask for your patience.
