Consultations offered by the PW Doctoral School:

Consultations with the Head of the PhD Students Office – Anna Poskrobko

  • Tuesdays from 10:00 to 12:00, stationary (room 3.06), Rektorska 4 building
  • The Head will guide you through the procedures in force, advise you on what steps to take in specific situations, and support you in dealing with issues that you cannot handle in your life as a doctoral student. He will also be happy to listen to your ideas and suggestions for changes that could improve your experience of education at the Doctoral School.

Individual consultations with the Director of the Doctoral School – Prof. dr. hab. inż. Paweł Pyrzanowski

  • Stationary – Mondays from 10:00 to 12:00, room 3.06, building Rektorska 4
  • Remotely – Mondays from 19:30 to 20:30, MS Teams (only matters that do not require access to documents in folders) – please contact us via private MS Teams chat during these hours
  • During the consultation, matters requiring the Director's decision can be discussed, such as an appeal against a deletion decision, allowing documents (e.g. semester report, extension) to be submitted after the deadline, etc.

Consultations with the Chairwoman of the Education Committee – Prof. Aneta Pobudkowska-Mirecka

  • Fridays from 14:00 to 16:00, remotely on MS Teams
  • You should sign up for the consultation by sending an email to ksztalcenie.sd@pw.edu.pl. In response to the email, you will receive the exact date of the consultation (date, time) along with a link to the meeting. Consultations are held in the order of applications. Due to the great interest, please be patient.
  • During the consultation, you can verify the implementation of the study programme and confirm the achievement of learning outcomes at the 8PRK level, as well as discuss other matters related to education at the Doctoral School, such as program requirements, recognition of courses not offered by the Doctoral School, etc.

Consultations with the Doctoral School Presidium – the Director of the Doctoral School and the chairwomen of the Education Committee, the Science Committee and the Admission Committee

  • Thursdays from 11:00 to 12:00, stationary (room 3.06), Rektorska 4 building
  • During the consultation, you can discuss the most complex matters requiring broader consultations.
