Dear PhD Students,

In relations to your numerous questions about the verification of the completed Educational Program (In the first place, it should concern PhD students on their 7th and 8th semester or on the extension), we would like to inform that due to time-consuming procedure of the verification, we are not able to complete it withing the weekly consultations for PhD students. Because of this aspect, we are creating a new possibility for you to consult online with the Chairwoman of the Education Committee.

We are announcing recruitment for the 9th edition of the Warsaw Mayor's Award for master's theses and doctoral dissertations! If you defended your thesis in 2023, which addresses topics related to Warsaw and its development, we invite you to participate in the competition! This is an excellent opportunity to share the results of your research and contribute to the discussion about our city. We are waiting for applications from various fields and scientific disciplines - every voice in the debate on the history, present and future of Warsaw is important.

On September 3 (Tuesday), the summer semester report of 2023/24 academic year will be launched in the USOS Web system, which will be active until September 15 (till the end of the day).

Dear PhD Students, during the Summer months (July-August) the daily opening hours of PhD Students Office and Doctoral School Office are changed into 9-14. We will return to previous opening hours from September.
